Welcome to the Visit Cosmetics Partner Program. By joining our Program, you agree to these terms and conditions. This Program allows you (“Partner”) to earn a 5% commission by referring others to purchase products from Visit Cosmetics in Pakistan.

1. How the Program Works

• Joining the Program: Sign up for the Program through Partner Program SignUp to receive your unique referral link.
• Sharing Your Link: Share your unique referral link with friends, family, or anyone else who might be interested in purchasing from Visit Cosmetics.
• Earning Commissions: When someone clicks on your referral link and makes a purchase on the Visit Cosmetics website and the order is marked as completed, you will earn a 5% commission on the total value of their order.

2. Commission Details

• Commission Rate: You will earn a 5% commission on each purchase made by customers who use your referral link.
• Order Completion Requirement: Commissions will only be awarded after the customer’s order is fully completed. This means the order must be processed, shipped, and marked as completed not returned or canceled.
• Commission Payment: Once the order is completed, your commission will be credited to your account. (Easy Paisa, Jazzcash, SadaPay or any Bank Account) Payments are typically processed within 14 days after the order is completed.

3. Important Rules

• Self-Referrals: You cannot refer yourself or make purchases through your own referral link.
• Genuine Referrals: Referrals should be genuine. Any use of spam, misleading information, or unethical practices is strictly prohibited and may lead to removal from the Program.
• New Customers Only: Your referrals must be new customers to Visit Cosmetics. Existing customers will not count as referrals.

4. Program Changes and Termination

• Changes to the Program: Visit Cosmetics reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue the Program at any time without notice. This includes changes to the commission rate or how commissions are paid.
• Program Termination: If the Program is terminated, any commissions earned before the termination date will still be honored, provided all other conditions are met.

5. Liability and Disqualification

• No Responsibility for Errors: Visit Cosmetics is not responsible for any technical issues, lost links, or errors that might affect your participation in the Program.
• Disqualification: Visit Cosmetics reserves the right to disqualify any Partner who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity or otherwise abuses the Program.

6. Acceptance of Terms

• By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and any future changes that Visit Cosmetics may implement.
